Loved the good variety of food in the buffet and the relaxing sauna after a long day on the slopes! The spa had an amazing indoor/outdoor pool and heated jacuzzis to unwind in. Just a heads-up, the path to the entrance was a bit icy, so watch your step! 😊

The location is superb, with ski lifts just outside and a helpful ski rental shop on-site that made gearing up for the slopes so easy. The breakfast buffet offered a wonderful variety, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, primarily due to the friendly staff. On the downside, the lack of clear communication from personnel was frustrating, and some rooms were not adequately cleaned during our stay. while we appreciated the convenience, the dining options did not cater well to dietary restrictions, which limited our choices significantly.

The ski-in/ski-out access was a lifesaver, making it super easy to hit the slopes right from my room. The on-site bakery dished out some fantastic local pastries and pizzas, which were a treat after a long day on the mountain.
While the facilities made for a decent experience, the room had no mini-fridge, which felt like a miss. I struggled with inconsistent heating. some evenings were just too chilly for comfort, and the sound from the nearby bar kept me and my family from getting a good night's sleep. Plus, the dinner options at the buffet were pretty repetitive, with not much variety to entice us for more than a couple of nights. The ski bus was also a hassle. it only ran once an hour, and we faced a long wait just to get into town—definitely not ideal for late afternoon outings. All this combined made my stay feel less like a vacation and more like an exercise in patience at times.
